As Creative Operations Director at L.A.B. Golf, I lead the full creative operations function across all channels and departments managing intake and prioritization of creative requests, building cross-functional workflows, and establishing milestone-based production timelines tied to seasonal and product launch calendars. I serve as the operational link between Brand, Product, and Marketing, facilitating planning sessions and ensuring aligned execution from concept through delivery. This includes overseeing DAM governance, metadata standards, and SOP enforcement; managing domestic and international vendor relationships across packaging, displays, soft goods, and co-branded materials; and directing B2B and Retail and B2B e-commerce creative production in collaboration with Marketing. I also build and enforce scalable brand standards across packaging, digital, retail, and retail social channels, and oversee localization and compliance for global distribution partners.
